Ané McGrail

I’m Ane McGrail, a strength coach who keeps fitness simple, effective, and built to last.

 

I grew up in the gym, training gymnastics and playing any sport I could fit into my day. Being strong, active, and focused on health was just part of life. I didn’t realise how rare that was until my mid-20s.

 

That’s when I noticed most women around me weren’t building strength. They were chasing skinny, not strong. They were under fuelling, not training. And no one was talking about the long-term cost, like loss of muscle, bone density, and confidence later in life.

 

I was lucky. Fitness was second nature for me. But I know that’s not the case for everyone.

 

That’s why I coach.

 

My mission is to help more women, especially in their 20s and 30s, build muscle, lift heavy, and feel powerful. Not just for now, but for their 50s, 60s, and beyond.

 

The recent push to educate women about the benefits of strength and hypertrophy training is exciting, and it’s overdue. This shift is exactly what I’ve built my business around: giving women the tools, programs, and support to train with purpose and confidence.

 

I work with clients online and in-person from my home studio gym. My coaching is personal and no-nonsense, just smart training programs, real accountability, and support that actually helps you stick with it.
