I'm Ane — personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and the face behind AM Fitness NZ. I run a private studio in Tauranga where I work with women aged 25–50 who want to get genuinely strong.

No quick fixes. No fluff. Just structured, evidence-based training built around your life — whether you're chasing a PB, reclaiming your body, or just want to feel powerful again.

I've been coaching for over a decade. CrossFit Level 1 & 2 certified. NZIHF Level 4 qualified, with Level 5 in progress. My programming draws from powerlifting, functional bodybuilding, and hybrid performance.
