THE PROBLEM
Most programs online are static PDFs built for nobody in particular. The AMF Strength System is built the way real coaching is built. A phase structure with a clear job for every month, auto-regulated to how you're actually recovering, and adjusted around the joints and history you walk in with.
Four phases. One cycle.
Repeat with a new focus.
Every subscriber starts at Phase 1 on their own timeline. There's no cohort calendar to catch up to. The bar loads as the phase progresses; that's not a metaphor, it's literally how your training weight moves through the cycle.

PHASE 1
Recalibrate
week 1-2
Movement screen, joint & injury history, RPE calibration. Empty-bar honesty before load goes on — this is where your program gets built around your knees, shoulders, whatever you're carrying.
PHASE 2
Build
week 3-6
Base hypertrophy volume. Double progression on your priority muscle groups — reps climb before load does, every set autoregulated to RPE, not a fixed percentage.
PHASE 3
Overload
week 7-10
Load goes up, reps trend down, volume gets pushed hardest on whatever you and your coach agreed matters most this cycle.
Phase 4
Peak & Retest
week 11-12
Peak intensity, then taper. Numbers and photos retested, progress reviewed, next cycle's focus set — legs and shoulders this time, back and glutes next.
What actually happens, week to week.
WEEKLY
Your sessions, delivered
Full program in Trainerize, sets, reps, tempo, RPE targets, and video cues for every lift.
WEEKLY
Check-in & adjustment
Report how the sessions felt. Loads and volume get adjusted where they need to, not left on autopilot.
MONTHLY
Phase transition
Every four weeks: numbers retested, photos updated, and the next phase built around what actually happened, not what was predicted.
EVERY CYCLE
New priority focus
Twelve weeks in, you and your coach set the next cycle's target area — same system, new emphasis.
